We hope that you are delighted with your purchase from FARRANOIR. We make every effort to ensure that each item has a full description and that photographs display colours accurately. However, computer monitors and devices vary and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colour display on your monitor/device.
If you are not completely satisfied you may return new, unused and unwashed items within 14 days of delivery.  We recommend you return your item within 7 days to allow for it to arrive back into our warehouse in time. Any items returned outside this time will not be accepted and returned to the customer.  
Items must have the original designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are clearly worn, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. Where provided, belts and any designer authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags must be intact with the return. 

Shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface so as not to scuff the soles and must be unmarked and in their original undamaged box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without the box or marked in any way may not be accepted and returned to the customer.

We do not accept returns on underwear. 

Faulty Goods
Before your package leaves our warehouse it is fully checked. If you receive any goods you believe to be faulty (damaged or manufacturing fault), please contact us immediately on

How do I return my item?
To return an item, please log in to your Farranoir account. If you did not register for an account when you ordered, please do this first. Once you have an account, log in and click 'RMA' at the bottom of the left hand menu. Simply click the blue 'Request an RMA' at the top of the screen, entering all the details of your order together with the consigment/tracking number you were emailed. Once this has been processed we will provide you with an RMA number to include with your return. 

If you would like to replace/exchange your item, please see above for 'how to return my item'. Once the item has been received back into our warehouse, we will issue you a refund to enable you to reorder.

All returns that are within our returns policy (above) will be credited to the card used to originally purchase the item(s). The original delivery charge will not be refunded.  Please allow up to 14 working days to process refund payments from when we receive the returned item. If you wish to discuss any aspect of returns or refunds, please email
